Production Reporting

For any crop, production can be reported from the Detail Lines tab of the policy. Then, once acres have been entered, a user can add signatures from the Signature Maintenance module.

The Fast Edit PR feature within the System allows a user to quickly enter production values, update all current RY APH databases, and enter Production Reporting Signature Dates for all coverages on a policy in one place. For Category B, APH coverages (Plan 90, 01, 02, & 03), users can enter production values where reported acres exist for the prior year and update Approved Yield values for all APH databases on the selected coverages. Once an AR Sign Date exists for the current year, the user can enter production values where reported acres exist for current year reported acres.
