WA ADM/ICE records will initially be released as “Preliminary”.

Once the RO is notified of the Insured’s acceptance and, when required, documentation that a Crop Inspection was passed by the AIP’s posting of electronic copies of the documentation to the request folder on the RMA’s SharePoint site, the WA ADM/ICE records will be released as “Final”.

If the RO does not receive notification that the Insured accepted the offer or when the Insured rejects the offer, the WA ADM/ICE records will be released as “Withdrawn”.

Revised Written Agreements (which require a new Written Agreement with a new Written Agreement Number) that are approved by the Insured will have WA ADM/ICE records released as “Superseded”.

If the RO determines that a Written Agreement should be cancelled (e.g., expired multi-year agreements), the WA ADM/ICE records will be re-released with as “Cancellation”.

The appropriate Exception Release Reasons ID (D03007) will accompany each record/Exception Request Status Code for additional information.
