For the 2019+ RYs, users will be able to report production for Plan 90 Category C crops (with the exception of Olives [0501] and Pistachios [0470]—Plan 47 Cherries [0057] and Oranges [0227] are also not supported) using the Fast Edit PR page. The functionality available on the Fast Edit PR page for these crops, however, is more limited than with other crops (e.g., Category B) due to the complexity of Perennial APH calculations which involves PAW information.
Standard Fast Edit PR functionality (see the "Fast Edit PR" dropdown on "Production Reporting" for more information on standard Fast Edit PR functionality) will apply with the exception of the following:

Detail Line and APH Drawers will NOT be available within the Fast Edit PR grid for Perennial crops. Because no drawers are available, users will also not see the  icon or an Approved Yield link for lines in the grid. |

Current Year Production Reporting functionality will NOT apply for Perennials in Fast Edit PR. Users can only report production for subsequent years. |
|
•
|
Insurable and Uninsurable (UI) detail lines will be included in the Fast Edit PR grid, but as with standard Fast Edit PR functionality, lines that do not have a Reported Acre value in the most current year of the APH will not display in the grid. |
|
•
|
Any UI lines that become insurable from an underwriting standpoint when current year production is updated will be considered exception processing. Users will need to update the PAW, detail lines, and APH accordingly as the System will only update the production for the current year of the APH. |
|
•
|
Unit numbers will display as read-only and will NOT be editable within Fast Edit PR for Perennials (this includes Basic and Optional Unit #s as well as Procedure #s and Codes). |
|
•
|
A PAW indicator ( ) will display at the end of each row of the Fast Edit PR grid if a PAW exists for the unit. |

Like standard Fast Edit PR functionality, the Maintain Signatures popup displays for supported Perennial crops when Save & Continue is clicked on the Fast Edit PR page. From this popup, users will be able to update all PAWs for the coverage if at least 1 PAW record exists for the coverage. |
NOTE: To leverage the full benefit of this functionality, it is recommended that PAWs be updated on detail lines prior to launching Fast Edit PR the coverage the lines are on is a Carryover Coverage with no changes to the PAW in the previous RY and the user intends to update all PAWs for the coverage from the Maintain Signatures popup (opens during the Save & Continue process).

This is the same functionality that is currently launched from the Additional Functions dropdown on the Detail Lines tab. It is only to be used to update PAW Signature Dates and Questions on all existing PAW records if no changes were made from the previous RY on a carryover coverage. |

The Insured Signature Date from within the Maintain Signatures popup for a coverage will be applied as the PAW Date for all PAWs attached to that coverage if the user chooses to update all PAWs for that particular coverage by selecting the Update PAW checkbox. |
When one or more Update PAW checkboxes are selected:

The coverage(s) will expand allowing the user to update the PAW Required Questions. As with existing functionality, all PAWs for the coverage will be updated with this information upon Save of the Maintain Signatures popup. |

The same Block/Plot Details that were entered in the previous year will be applied for this year and the Acreage/Tree County Summary will be calculated. |
|
•
|
The PAW Signature Date will be the same as the Production Reporting Date that is provided within the Maintain Signatures grid. |

Additionally on the Maintain Signatures popup, users will be unable to select the Process Zero Lines checkbox for CAT C crops. |

At Save of Fast Edit PR, the Approved Yield for Perennials will only be calculated if an updated PAW has been keyed/updated for the unit. If a PAW has not been keyed or updated for the current RY, a Preliminary Save will be applied to the APH database instead which will then be updated and calculated once the APH and/or PAW has been added/updated. A Preliminary Save will not calculate an Approved Yield for the database. |
Standard CAT C APH, Detail Line, and PAW lockouts apply.
Plan 90 Category C crops supported in Fast Edit PR include: Blueberries, Avocados (CA), Avocados (FL), Macadamia Nuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Peaches, Prunes, Table Grapes, Grapes, Apples, Cranberries, Figs, Pears, Plums, Grapefruit, Lemons, Tangelos, Fresh Apricots (Stonefruit), Processing Apricots (Stonefruit), Fresh Nectarines (Stonefruit), Processing Cling Peaches (Stonefruit), Processing Freestone (Stonefruit), Fresh Freestone Peaches (Stonefruit), Oranges, Banana, Coffee, Papaya, and Mandarins/Tangerines.
