A user can edit the intervals on a PRF coverage via the Detail Lines tab of a policy. Unless otherwise modified by Hudson Crop, intervals (PRF detail lines) can be modified for up to twenty days after the applicable reporting date for the crop. After the 20-day lockout period, all changes must be completed by a CIS
1.
Locate and open the policy that contains the PRF coverage for which you need to edit an interval. The policy opens on the Coverages tab. Any coverages on the policy are shown in the MPCI Coverage Information section.
2.
On the Coverages tab of the policy, in the MPCI Coverage Information section, locate the PRF coverage that you need to edit. In the Detail Lines column that corresponds with the coverage , click the View (#) hyperlink. The View MPCI Detail Line page (Detail Lines tab) opens.

On the View MPCI Detail Lines page, click the hyperlink of a Unit Number. You can make changes for all intervals from any of the unit hyperlinks. The Maintain Detail Line page popup opens.
4.
Adjust the intervals as needed. If you adjust a single interval, the other intervals must also be updated to account for the increase or decrease in coverage acres/percent.
Step 4: Increasing the MARAPRIRR (427) interval coverage by 3% (a), and then decreasing the MAYJUNIRR (249) interval (b) by that amount.
5.
On save, if you removed a previously selected interval, the System will prompt you to confirm the change and return you to the View MPCI Detail Lines page. The grid will display the interval changes and update the premium.
