Add an APH in Fast Edit AR

Within Fast Edit AR, users can add a new APH for an existing Detail Line from within the Fast Edit AR page (if an APH doesn't already exist). When prompted, the System will launch an Add New APH drawer that allows the user to enter and apply a Preliminary Save of the new APH.

For the detail line you need to add an APH to, click the Add hyperlink in the corresponding App'd Yield field. This link will not display if there's an existing APH for the line, lockout dates have passed, the line is a child line, or a PTY Summary Unit exists for the coverage.

The Add New APH drawer opens.

In the Add New APH drawer, type production details as needed and click the Preliminary Save button to save entered data.

The Rate Yield, CUP, Yield Floor, Rate Yield, and Approved Yield will be calculated upon save. If a child line is associated with this APH, its corresponding APH will be updated accordingly.
