Understand the Policy Estimate Scenarios Report

The Policy Estimate Scenarios report generates for the policy when the Print button is clicked on the Policy Estimate Calculations page and is based on the estimate criteria entered as well as the coverages that were selected on the Policy Estimate Scenarios page at the time the scenario calculations were run. An estimate is created for each of the possible scenarios for each coverage selected.
The first page(s) of the Policy Estimate Scenarios report is the Summary Page for the first coverage you selected in the estimate. The Summary Page displays the previous year's election in the coverage banner (if the estimate and the coverage are from an existing grower's policy) and includes the Guarantee/Acre, Liability/Acre, Producer Premium/Acre, Guarantee, Liability, Total Premium, and Producer Premium for all units for each scenario for the coverage.
Summary Page
The pages following the Summary Page will be the Scenario Details pages for each unit that was selected on the coverage (on the Policy Estimate Detail Lines page) along with its respective Yield Used, Guarantee/Acre, Liability/Acre, Producer Premium/Acre, Guarantee, Liability, Total Premium, and Producer Premium for all coverage scenarios. Units are printed in sequential order (e.g., 0001-0001, 0001-0002, 0002-0001).
Scenario Details Page
If multiple coverages were selected for the estimate, following the final Scenario Details page for the first coverage, another Summary Page will print for the next coverage, then the Scenario Details pages for that coverage will print, and so on.
