CLU Acreage Report - Added Print Option for Printing Detail Lines by Land.

Changes that were made:

A new print option was added for the CLU Acreage Report. The new option, when selected, added a sort order to the form by County/Crop/FN.

This ticket was to implement the 2027 Nursery Value Select (NVS) Crop Provisions.

Provisions printed with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form was selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page was available to print from the MPCI Print tab in an individual MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

The 2027 Nursery Value Select (NVS) Crop Provisions was implemented.

With DO #216664 in 17.115, Livestock Pre-App/Quote functionality was implemented in the System. This functionality gave users the ability to key Livestock Quotes (not Estimates) for LGM, LRP, and DRP. Livestock Pre-Apps/Quotes allowed for pre-keying transferred business for a new RY as well as pre-printed apps, provided the structure needed to implement M13 Imports for Livestock, and provided quotes to an insured that could later have been converted to a policy. This functionality also allowed for users to key prospective growers for Livestock. During testing of this functionality, some issues were found that were addressed with this ticket.

With this ticket, the following updates were made to Livestock Pre-App/Quote functionality:

The existing invalid county warning was changed to trigger as a hard stop error that prevented convert to policy until corrected rather than a warning that let the policy be created. Previously, by the time the warning was received, it was impossible to edit the coverage to correct any issues.

The Print tab was updated for Livestock Pre-App/Quotes only to display the following warning text in red below the Select Forms To Print header when eSign is NOT selected: "Warning: If grower is a prospect and/or TINs for grower/SBIs have not been verified, the TINs printed on pre-headed and pre-filled forms may not be valid."

To the left of the Convert to Policy button, a new button, Validate, was added for Livestock Pre-Apps/Quotes. This button, when clicked, ran the quote through Mark Complete/Convert to Policy validations without converting the Pre-App/Quote to a policy so that users could review errors and warnings before converting to a policy and/or before printing applications for signatures.

The Quote To Policy Validation page opened once the Validate button was clicked. When the validation was complete, any errors or warnings for the Pre-App/Quote displayed along with a message at the bottom telling the user whether the validation was successful or not. Users could click the Validate button to re-validate the Pre-App/Quote or click Return to Quote to return to the Pre-App/Quote.

During testing of DO #228034, it was found that Livestock policies were not updated to handle enabling/disabling policy actions (like save, edit, add) when the agency associated with the policy had a canceled/inactive status like MPCI did.

Changes that were made:

With this ticket, the System was updated so that when a Livestock policy was associated with a canceled or inactive agency, the policy (coverages, claims, detail lines/endorsements) now displayed as read only. Agent users (those users without Policy > Livestock Policy > Custom: "CIS/UW") could not see the "Add Commodity" button on the Coverages tab, the "Edit" button on the View Coverage page (*Coverage tab), the "Add Effective Date" button on the Detail Lines tab, checkboxes to the left of each endorsement in the Detail Line Information grid on the Detail Lines tab as well as the "Delete" button above the grid, the "Create Claim" button on the Claims tab (if applicable and user has permissions to add claims normally), or the "Save"/"Save & Print"/"Save & Submit" buttons on the View Detail Line page for Livestock policies.

Added Rotate Corn and Soybean Option to Roll Fields Tool.

The Roll Fields tool was modified so that fields planted with Corn and Soybean crops could have been rotated.
