The MPCI Policy Declaration Page was available to print from the MPCI Print tab in an individual MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

This enhancement was to update the ACRSI-CIMS Record Listing Report to list the Grower Name in the format with Last Name first. This allowed for uniform viewing/sorting options by last name throughout reports.

The 2026 Nursery Value Select (NVS) Crop Provisions were implemented.

On November 21, 2024, the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors approved modifications to the Nursery Value Select Pilot Crop Insurance Program beginning with the 2026 crop year. One of the modifications included:

Added a new Peak Endorsement Pilot, which allowed producers to increase coverage during a designated peak period when the inventory value might have been higher than the selected value.

This ticket was to implement the 2026 Peak Endorsement Pilot Crop Provisions.

Changes that were made:

The 2026 Peak Endorsement Pilot Crop Provisions was implemented.

This ticket was to make a few updates to Enhanced Coverage Option (ECO) Application Supplement.

The ECO Application Supplement section printed with the MPCI Application (main), Perennial Combo Form and Policy Change Form when the Print Option was selected.

Changes that were made:

Updates were for all years.

1. A column was added to the ECO Application Supplement at the end of the table, titled "ECO Coverage Percentage".
a. This column printed the ECO Coverage Percentage data for the coverage when the forms were printed pre-filled. The data was entered in the Coverage screen when the ECO option was selected for the coverage. If no ECO Coverage Percentage was entered then field was to be blank. Data Format: 999%
b. This column printed blank if the forms were printed blank or pre-headed.
2. Application Supplement Revision Date:
a. This verbiage was added "Supplement App Revision Date (05-2025)" on the same line as the "Crop Information" ECO table title on the right side.

NOTE: The version date of the forms did not change.

This ticket was to update the Perennial Combo Form to add to the Production Reporting section's Crop Year and to update the rules for Production Reporting section's Insurability.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years.

1. Revision Date was updated to "05-2025".
2. Added to the Production Report section to have a Crop Year label and data for the 2024 formats (2 to a page & 1 to a page) of the PR/AR pages.
• Crop Year data was the last year in the table in the Year column.
• Reminder that the Production Report's Crop Year might have been different than the Crop Year printed in the header. This form was not formatted for SYPR. The header's Crop Year applied to the App, AR and PAW data.
• The label was not to be bolded, the data was to be bolded and in a bigger font than the label same font size as Crop, County and Unit.
• The Crop Year data as well as all the data in the Production Reporting section of the form were for the Production Reporting for unit for that specific Crop Year.
3. Updated for the Production Reporting Insurability, the checkboxes were only applicably marked when the unit's production reporting insurability was entered into the system, otherwise both checkboxes were blank. "Entered into the system" did mean a production signature date did not need to be entered.

This enhancement was to update the Nursery Attachment Type list items.

Changes that were made:

1. "Nursery - Catalog / Price Checklist" to "Nursery - Catalog / Price List" was changed in the attachment type list.
