DESCRIPTION ID #

This ticket was to update multiple formats of the Schedule of Insurance (SOI), from the list below #3, #4, #6, #7 and #8.

There were 8 different formats of the SOI, #6 was updated.

1. API / PRF
2. Annual Forage
3. Nursery (FG&C & NVS) - uses main SOI, does use some different labels.
4. Fruit & Trees - uses main SOI, does use some different labels.
5. WFRP
6. all other MPCI crops
7. SOI as an Acreage Report - may not be turned on for all AIPs per their request.
8. SOI / Production Report - may not be turned on for all AIPs per their request.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years.

1. SOI - Crop Summary - Unit Structure had been updated to be after the forward slash to be in sync with the SOI/PR.
2. SOI/PR - updated single "^" to a double "^^" for APH Yld Des column label and Legend label.
3. Both - FIP acres were not included in totals in Crop and Premium Summaries.
4. Both - "Enrolled in ARC" label was printing on the SOI and SOI/PR for related/duplicate lines. The only way to identify these records is by the existence of a ParentMpciPremiumLineOID and none of the Option Code(s) that caused System Generated Child lines to be created. So, SCO, ECO, PACE, HIP, TS, SE, CH, CL, CV, OW, OX, SE. Also ensured the forms were grouping the lines together correctly on the form.
5. SOI formats #3-8 - Updated Page 1 Insured Info label from "Insured's Name, Mailing and/or Street Address and Other Contact Information" to "Insured's Name, Street and/or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information", switched "Street" and "Mailing". Also updated those formats for their version date to be "04-2025".
6. SOI/AR and SOI/PR formats - Updated the statement labels to be left justified.
7. SOI/PR - Updated the font size for the Certification and New Production Statements to be the same size as the other statements.

This ticket was to add a Auto Attach Print Option to MPCI and Livestock Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) Confirmations.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years and all print menus.

1. Added the "Auto Attach" Print Option to the AOI Confirmation, this print option was available from the MPCI Print tab, Livestock Print and Batch Printing. Added in alpha order.
2. Included the red message under the Auto Attach Print Option, "Warning: This document will be automatically attached to the grower’s Electronic File." The APH Database form has this message under the Auto Attach Print Option for an example.
3. The default for this Auto Attach Print Option was checked.
4. When this Print Option was selected the form printed was automatically attached to the policy.
5. This Print Option was available for all Report Styles and Print Options selected with the print for this form.

2025 RY SPOIs released on Jan 8 2025 - 1/31 CCD.

Changes that were made:

SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on Jan 8. The following Special Provisions for 2025 were downloaded from: 2025_SPOI_0131.zip.

This enhancement was to update the MPCI Unprocessed Reports to list the Grower Name in the format with Last Name first. This allowed for uniform viewing/sorting options by last name throughout reports.

Changes that were made:

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) released Apple Tree Crop Provisions.

The changes were applicable for the 2026 crop year/2025 reinsurance year.

Provisions printed with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form was selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page was available to print from the MPCI Print tab in an individual MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

Implemented the 2026 Apple Tree Crop Provisions.

This ticket was to convert the Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) Confirmation to the new platform including some base form updates.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years and all print menus.

1. Form was converted to the new platform.
2. Revision date was updated to "04-2025".
3. Updated the "State Code/Name" label to be "State".
4. Updated the State data to print the State Long Name then the State Code in parenthesis.
5. Updated the second page header to follow the new format with Insured's Name, Agency Name (Code), Crop Year and Policy # instead of AIP logo and contact info.

MPCI

DESCRIPTION ID #

Annual Forage: With the changes made to the Coverages tab to support the 12 growing seasons in the 2024 RY (TFS 147409), the Select checkbox was removed to prevent users from canceling individual intervals because it would cause coverage to have too few index intervals/% distributions for a growing season. However, this change made it more difficult for users when canceling/transferring complete policies. It was requested that the select checkbox be added back to the Coverages tab to provide easier cancellation and transfer of whole policies.

Changes that were made:

With this ticket, for the 2024 RY and succeeding reinsurance years, the Select button was added back to the coverages tab at the parent line level, and if a user selected to cancel at the parent line level, the cancel status was pushed to all index intervals on the parent.

This was a base change for all AIPs for Annual Forage (standalone) policies in the 2024+ RY.

NOTE: Reinstating a canceled coverage was still not allowed from this screen as the System did not know which intervals to reinstate and what percents of value to assign. Reinstating must have been done from the Maintain Coverage screen (accessed via County hyperlink).

The ability for DocuSign to send recipients SMS messages regarding their ePackets was added.

NOTE: the AIP must have paid for this feature through their DocuSign subscription.

Changes that were made:

• The ability for an agent to record the policy recipients opt out information including an opt out date and notes section was added. This was only available for Growers, SBIs, Authorized Signers, Authorized Reps, Power of Attorneys, and/or Grantees (No opt out info for Agents).
• The Opt Out date and notes were added in the same locations as the DocuSign SMS Consent Checkbox.
• A warning ("Warning: Enabling the DocuSign SMS Delivery Consent checkbox will reset and clear the Opted Out Date and Opt Out Notes. Please confirm.”) was displayed upon saving the edit screen if the recipient record DocuSign SMS Consent checkbox was true (selected) and their was information recorded in the opt out date or opt out notes fields.

The following were updates made to the DocuSign SMS feature that were found during testing of the new feature:

• "." was added to the message "No Cell Phone Number on file." in the SMS column of the eSign Options section of the Print screen.
• The system preference "eSignDocuSignSMSConsent" was added to control the DocuSign SMS Consent flag default for all newly created users types except agents.
• The DocuSign Consent checkbox was updated on the 'View Grower' Screen to reflect the saved value.
• The Agent's DocuSign SMS information was adjusted to the left in the eSign Options on the Print screen to ensure that all information fit if the agent did not contain a cell phone record.
• The Agent's DocuSign SMS checkbox on the print screen was disabled if the agent did not have a cell phone record.
