Changes that were made:

SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on Dec 19. The following Special Provisions for 2025 have been downloaded from: 2025_SPOI_0131.zip.

2026 RY: Phase 2-5: Deploy 2026 RY to AIP Production Environments.

Changes that were made:

The 2026 RY environments were deployed. To UAT, users can confirm they were able to create NEW policies in the 2026 RY. Users selected states/counties/crops that had ADMs released by RMA. This did not include annual forage, livestock, or HIP related coverages. The roll of policies from the prior RY were handled outside of the scope of this ticket, directly with AIPs in the coming weeks.

This enhancement was to update the MPCI Transfer of Coverage Report to list the Grower Name in the format with Last Name first. This allowed for uniform viewing/sorting options by last name throughout reports.

This ticket was to implement the Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) Single Payee form on the new platform.

NOTE: Some AIPs have elected to not have this form turned on in their system.

In September 2022 the Direct Marketing Certification was implemented into the system. The form was required annually and must be completed by insureds that intended to direct market any portion of their crop or when acceptable verifiable production records were required, but these records did not exist because records are controlled by the insured or were not from a disinterested third party, because they, or a person related to them, generates the supporting records (e.g., vertically integrated).

This ticket was to implement a fix and to update to some base form standards to improve the direct marketed usability for agents and growers.

Changes that were made:

Applicable for all crop years.

1. Page 1 Insured Info label was updated from "Insured's Name, Mailing and/or Street Address and Other Contact Information" to "Insured's Name, Street and/or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information", switched "Street" and "Mailing".
2. Statement labels were left justified.
3. The Privacy Act label was combined to one line from two lines. "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement - Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders" instead of "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders".
4. Revision date was updated to "04-2025".
5. Page 2 - Check Box #2 - "by" and "the" were printing all together instead of a space between them, it appeared as "bythe", and now are "by the".
6. Page 5 Item #5g - added a space before and after the forward slash.
7. Page 6 Item 6ai - added a space before and after the forward slash.
8. Page 6 item 6bi - added a space before and after the forward slash.
9. Page 1 Header - fixed the spacing between "Crop Insurance Specialist/Underwriter" label and data.

MPCI

A request was received to add the Procedure Number (i.e., sub unit number) and Procedure Code to the legacy PAW and Fast Edit PAW UIs where unit numbers displayed.

Changes that were made:

With this ticket, the Procedure Number and Procedure Code, if they existed for a unit, were added to both the Unit dropdown on the legacy PAW (Maintain Pre-Acceptance Worksheet) page as well as the Unit Block Details section headers on the Fast Edit PAW page.

In the Unit dropdown on the legacy PAW page, for any unit that had a procedure number and a procedure code, those values were appended to the unit number listed for that unit in the dropdown (e.g., if Unit #0001-0000 has a procedure number of 002 and a procedure code of N, the Unit dropdown will now display this unit in this way: "WA (53) - Grant (025) - APPLES (0054) - FRESH (111) - APH (90) - 50% - 100% - Unit #0001-0000-002N").

On the Fast Edit PAW page, in the Unit #XXXX-XXXX Block Details headers, for any unit that had a procedure number and a procedure code, those values were appended to the unit number listed for that unit in that unit's section header (e.g., if Unit #0001-0000 has a procedure number of 002 and a procedure code of N, the header will now display this unit in this way: "Unit #0001-0000-002N Block Details").
