This ticket was for the removal of some wording in the Non Discrimination Statement. Gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, verbiage was removed from the non-discrimination statement on printed forms in DAS.

Changes that were made:

Authorization Agreement to Allow Representative Sample Areas (RSAs) for Deferred Appraisals, MPCI Non-Waiver Agreement, Notice of Loss, Production Worksheet Summary and Certification Form verbiage was changed from after the word sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation and now says "sex, disability, age, marital status."

This ticket was to implement the Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) form on the new platform plus a few base form standards.

Changes that were made:

Applicable for all crop years and Print menus.

Page 1 Insured Info label was updated from "Applicant's Name, Mailing and/or Street Address and Other Contact Information" to "Applicant's Name, Street and/or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information", switched "Street" and "Mailing".

Statement labels were left justified.

Combined the Privacy Act label to one line from two lines. "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement - Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders" instead of "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders".

Version date was updated to "03-2025".

Converted form to the new form platform.

2025 RY Corn YP SPOIs released on Feb 28 2025-11/30 CCD.

Changes that were made:

SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on Feb 28. The following Corn (0041)-YP (01)-MN (27), ND (38), SD (46) and WI (55) Special Provisions for 2025 were downloaded from: 2025_SPOI_1130.zip.

MCT noticed that the forms that were converted to the new platform that the logic that prints the QR Code was not printing based on the System Preference like the forms that were converted.

These forms were updated to use the QR Code System Preferences in the new converted platform.

While testing DO #213725, it was found that Fast Edit PAW was missing a piece of functionality related the "B" procedure code (Blocked Production of Category C Commodities) for Cat C Perennials that allowed for separate APHs by block for the same unit. When a unit had a procedure code of "B", the Procedure Number for the unit must match the Block Number on the PAW. TFS #7642 provided some detail for why this was needed: "The block number edits are in place due to the integration with the weighted average calculator and the APH validations." Applicable 2025 CIH verbiage for block reporting was found in Part 18.Section 6.1852. The Legacy PAW page in the System did not allow a user to edit the Block # for any blocks on the page when the "Blocked Production of Category C Commodities" procedure code existed on the detail line. This same functionality needed to be added to Fast Edit PAW. Changes that were made: With this ticket, Fast Edit PAW was updated so that within the Unit Block Details sections of the page, if the unit had a procedure code of "Blocked Production of Category C Commodities" (i.e., "B"), the Block No field was not editable for any blocks in the grid for that unit.	215172
