RMA released 2025 and succeeding years Green Pea Crop Provisions.

Provisions printed with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form was selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page was available to print from the MPCI Print tab in an individual MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

Green Pea Crop Provision was implemented and was made effective for the 2025 crop year.

Changes that were made:

SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on Dec 4. The following Special Provisions for 2025 were downloaded from:

2025_SPOI_1130.zip and 2025_SPOI_1231.zip.

This ticket was to implement the form on the new platform plus a few base form standards.

Changes that were made:

Applicable for all crop years and Print menus.

1. Page 1 Insured Info label was updated from "Applicant's Name, Mailing and/or Street Address and Other Contact Information" to "Applicant's Name, Street and/or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information", switched "Street" and "Mailing".
2. Statement labels were left justified.
3. Combined the Privacy Act label to one line from two lines. "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement - Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders" instead of "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders".
4. Version date was updated to "01-2025".
5. The Form was converted to the new platform.

This ticket was to update the main MPCI Application with the 2025 Dry Pea Revenue Insurance Standard Handbook update with the Disclaimer that was added to the handbook.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years.

For all report styles, printing the below Disclaimer on the MPCI App if Dry Pea was a coverage on the policy AND the plan code is YP (01), RP (02) RPHPE (03). It was done for all years, 2024 and prior apps were printed already.

Dry Pea Revenue Insurance Disclaimer:

By signing below, I certify that I understand and agree to the following.

1. If a projected price cannot be determined, a projected price shall be established in accordance with Section 7(e) of the Dry Pea Revenue Endorsement. That projected price will be used to determine the protection guarantee (per acre). The same projected price will also be the harvest price. The price volatility will be set to zero; thus, the premium rate will be the rate that applies to yield protection under the Dry Pea Crop Provisions.
2. If a harvest price cannot be determined, but a projected price was established in accordance with the Dry Pea Revenue Endorsement, the harvest price shall be established in accordance with Section 7(e) of the Dry Pea Revenue Endorsement. The harvest price will equal the projected price; consequently, the coverage will effectively become yield-based coverage. Should this situation occur, there will be no adjustment to the premium due.

The revision date was updated to "01-2025".

Livestock

An issue was reported where information was missing Add New Detail Line and View Detail Line pages for Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Cattle. As part of the 2025+ RYs regulatory changes from RMA, LGM was updated in the System to include new user-input fields for Target Live Cattle Weight (Cwt/Head), Target Feeder Cattle Weight (Cwt/Head), and Target Corn Weight (Bu/Head). With these new input fields, the Calf Finishing and Yearling Finishing grids were updated to include additional values from the ADMs that wer used in premium calculations.

Changes that were made:

With this ticket, the Target Marketings sub-grid for each row in the Specific Coverage Endorsement Details section of the Add New Detail Line and View Detail Line pages for Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Cattle for the 2025+ RYs was updated in the following ways:

• Two new rows were added directly below the Calf Finishing or Yearling Finishing row of the sub-grid (which row shown depends on the Type selected for the endorsement/row).
• The first row was labeled “Expected Live Cattle Price” and displayed values as read-only. Values can be found in the LGM ADMs.
• The second row was labeled “Expected Feeder Cattle Price” and displayed values as read-only. Values were found in the LGM ADMs.
• In the row with the unbolded “Expected Gross Margin” label, the label was updated to “Expected Corn Price”. This row continued to display read-only values. Values were found in the LGM ADMs.
• In the bottom row of the sub-grid with the bolded “Expected Gross Margin” label, the row was updated so each read-only value took into account the new rows being added.
• In addition to these changes, an issue was found with the weight fields not always updating to the default values for the Types selected. This issue was resolved with this ticket as well.
