This ticket is for updates that allowed the user to choose to key Gross or Applied IPA on new policies for the tracking of Gross and Applied IPA on annual Crop Hail policies that was previously introduced, and also corrected an issue on endorsements that caused the value to not match parent line in some cases. Changes that were made: On new Crop Hail policies the user had the ability to select to key either the Applied IPA or the Gross IPA on a detail line. Once a value was entered into one of these fields, the other field did not allow for entry. On existing detail lines, the Gross IPA was the only IPA field available for editing. There was a correction to the rounding on endorsements for the Crop Hail policies: the Gross IPA matched parent IPA when the endorsement should match, or represented the amount selected for Gross IPA and then multiplied by share for the applied IPA field.	205612
