Livestock: A QR Code was added to the Livestock Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) form. This code displays in the bottom-right corner of the footer above the page numbers on all pages. The QR Code will only print on the Insured and Agency report styles when the form is printed pre-filled and pre-headed.

(b) The notification may either be in person or by telephone and must be certified in writing on the Marketing Certification within 15 days of notification.
(c) If I fail to timely provide the required certification and do not have acceptable production records, it may result in assigned yields in accordance with section 3(g) of the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions (7 CFR § 457.8).

"(2022)" acre logic (which was implemented in the 15.080 release) was removed. |

Opt Out was removed from the Unit #, it now prints under the area that data is to be reported in. "YA" was added to the opt out options. These options will always print for both the SYPR and the non-SYPR annual crops that also use the PRW. |

For SYPR units, the checkboxes will not be selected. |

For non-SYPR units, the checkboxes will be selected as they are today with the exception of the code being added to YA Opt Out when applicable. |
