Forms & Reports

DESCRIPTION ID #

Livestock: A request was received to include more information for the grower on the LGM Swine Target Marketing form. For the 2023+ years, this form has been updated in the following ways:

More detail line information for the grower has been added to the form in a detail line format that is similar to the detail line format used on the LGM Swine Schedule of Insurance (SOI).
The "Feeder to Finish" label was updated to "Finishing".
The "SEW to Finish" label was updated to "SEW Pig Finishing".

For the 2023+ RYs, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) has introduced a new Crop Option—Tropical Storm (TS). The TS option with the Hurricane Insurance Protection Wind Index (HIP-WI—HIP for short) allows for an indemnity payment when the county or adjacent county is subjected to a Tropical Storm as determined in accordance with the Hurricane Data Provisions (HDP). With the TS option, the Hurricane Protection Amount (HPA) does not change. However, TS provides an additional county loss trigger for Tropical Storms based on a combination of Tropical Storm wind speeds and rainfall as determined in accordance with the HDP. When TS is elected, 50% of the HPA will be paid as an indemnity whenever a county is triggered but will not exceed 100% of the HDP within a Crop Year (CY). TS premium will be owed even if the insured’s county is triggered by a Hurricane and indemnity is paid prior to the arrival of a Tropical Storm, resulting in no remaining HPA for the CY. Insureds must elect TS on or before the HIP Sales Closing Date (SCD) and TS must reside on existing or new HIP Coverages. For the 2023 RY only, if a producer elects TS by the 4/30 SCD but they have not already purchased HIP by the standard HIP SCD, then they will be allowed to elect HIP and TS by the 4/30 SCD without penalty. The below forms have been updated as indicated for this new crop option:

Schedule of Insurance: The display of the TS option in the Premium Summary on the form has been updated. For HIP, if TS has also been elected, TS will be included on the HIP Premium line in the Premium Summary but not the base coverage line. HIP with TS format: "HIP-TS" (146372).
Policy Declaration Page: The display of the TS option on the form has been updated. For HIP, if TS has also been elected, TS will be included on the HIP Premium line but not the base coverage line. HIP with TS format: "HIP-TS" (146368).

For the 2024+ RYs, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) has modified Annual Forage (0332) to reflect 12 Growing Seasons instead of 4, and the Sales Closing Date (SCD) is July 15th. With this ticket, for the Annual Forage Application, the "Pre print for next year" print option has been turned off. It will be turned back on for 2025 RY business.

Fast Edit Coverage: For the Fast Edit Coverage page, a request was received to add the Attachments icon (i.e., a paperclip icon) to the page, enabling attachment functionality similar to other Fast Edit pages (functionality implemented in TFS 138502 and 138503 in the 12.010 Release) on the Fast Edit Coverage page.

With this ticket, the System has been updated to add the Attachments icon to the Fast Edit Coverage page. When this icon is clicked, the System will open the policy's Attachments tab in a new browser tab/window. The Attachments icon on the Maintain Signatures popup for the Fast Edit Coverage page has also been updated to, when clicked, open the policy's Attachments tab in a new browser tab/window.

Land ID Popup: An issue was found on the Land ID popup where the HR and URA columns were only auto refreshing at Save of the popup. Auto refresh of these columns should have been occurring at the launch of the Land ID popup as well as when clicking or tabbing through the Sec/Twp/Rng fields within the popup. This issue has been resolved. Now, the HR and URA column info on the Land ID popup will be auto refreshed at Save AND when tabbing through the Sec/Twp/Rng Fields.

Land ID Popup: An issue was reported on the Land ID popup where when a user set a land ID as the primary land ID and clicked Save or Save and Exit, the System was not persisting the primary land ID designation to the applicable Land ID, which was resulting in some P15-10591 errors for Peanuts and Tobacco. This issue has been resolved. Now, when a user designates a land ID on the Land ID popup as the primary land ID and saves the popup, the designation will persist to the applicable land ID.

Land ID Popup: As a result of some internal and external feedback on the Land ID popup, this popup has been updated in the following ways:

Previously, the Field entry field within the CLU grid allowed users to enter letters and numbers; however, at Save of the popup, an error was returned requiring the Field to be numeric. The Field entry field was updated to prevent users from entering anything other than numbers in this field.
Previously, the RLU number and Reported Acres fields (for both RLU and CLU lines) were being truncated in the UI. The visible field for these fields has been extended so the entire value displays for the user.
The RLU # field requires a leading "R" on the number entered. If the user failed to enter the value, an error occurred at Save requiring them to insert the "R" in the number. Now, at save, if a user fails to enter the leading "R" in the RLU # field, the System will automatically add the "R" at the beginning of the number.

Land ID Popup: Following deployment of the redesigned Land ID popup, there have been minor enhancement and navigation improvement requests both internally and externally. With this ticket, the Land ID popup has been updated in the following ways to address these requests:

The "+" icon for adding a new Land ID record has been updated to display a little more prominently. A hover over has also been added to clarify it's used to add a land ID record.
A tabbing sequence has been added to the latitude and longitude fields on the POR modals to allow for easier navigation for users who choose to key in the values rather than drop a pin on the map provided.
A descriptive string has been added to the Mapping modal accessed from the Land ID popup. The banner at top now displays the FSN + Tract + S/T/R + Place Name/Other Land Id as keyed in the UI. The Add POR modal was pulled from the scope of this change during development because this modal is for the unit and not the specific FSN/Tract/etc.
An issue was found that allowed a blank Land ID record to be saved. This issue has been resolved. Now, if a user adds a line to the Land ID grid using the "+" icon and then keys any value on the line, the row will be marked as modified. If the user then removes the keyed value, the line retains the modified state. At save of the Land ID popup, a deletion of the blank land ID record will now be forced in this scenario.
