PAW: It was reported that not all PAW questions were printing for Walnuts when there was another crop on the policy. This was happening on the standalone Producer's Pre-Acceptance Worksheet (PAW) and the PAW inside the Perennial Combo Form. With this ticket, for all years, the PAW page has been updated to print correctly when Walnuts is being printed with Perennial crops.

The MPCI Declaration Page (which prints in 5 different formats based on the crop insured on the coverage) has been updated in the following ways:

• Micro Farms was updated to print using the Whole-Farm Revenue Protection (WFRP) format.
• For Strawberries with a PRH plan, the planting practice will now print in the Type field.
• For Cotton with a STAX plan, the practice will no longer print in the Type field.

Livestock: The Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Application was updated in the following ways:

• The Signature Section was updated to no longer print long names for insureds over the lines below.
• The Transfer Section was updated to print the transfer policy # with the ceding company name.

Livestock

While researching an enhancement request for a Livestock form, it was found that the Maintain Coverage page for Livestock did not have a place for the user to select the Transfer Company when a coverage's status had been changed to "Canceled-Transferred". With this ticket, a new field, Transfer Company, has been added to the Maintain Coverage page for all Livestock plans so users can select the company that the coverage is being transferred to. This new field will display once the user has changed the Coverage Status to "Canceled-Transferred". When saving, the user will receive a hard stop error if they try to save the coverage without selecting a Transfer Company. This field will also display on the View Coverage page for consistency.

Mapping

A new updated 2023 HR Map Layer (1.25.23) was implemented in the Mapping module.

ACRSI: Users reported that when receiving ACRSI information that included a sub-field ID with information that was used to create planting records in Mapping, the planting records were not reflecting the sub-field ID. This has been corrected, and for fields where sub-field information is available, applicable sub-field information will now display in the planting info of the field.

The RMA released a new CLU Layer - January 2023; this has been implemented in the System and is visible when the CLU Layer is turned on in Mapping.

An error was being received when trying to export fields from RLU layers. This has been corrected, and users can now export the RLU layers.

RLU: This ticket addressed some performance issues around the RLU pages. These issues have been corrected.

Yield Summary Report: This ticket made some modifications to the printed Yield Summary report:

• The crop and unit columns are now populated based on Yield records only:
• If one or more yield records exist, a row is populated per record.
• If no yield records exist for a field, a blank row (including farm/tract) is populated so the user can write in the production info.
• The calculation of the Avg Yield/Acre Column was updated.
