CLU AR: A request was received to print the YDO (55) plan on the CLU Acreage Report (AR). For all CYs, the CLU AR has been updated to support the printing of YDO (55) plus DO for Fresh Market Tomatoes (0086), Fresh Market Sweet Corn (0044), and Peppers (0083) as well as PRH-Y (21), PRH-P (22), PRH-R (23).

NOTE: This form is not intended to be used for Annual Forage, Pasture, Rangeland, Forage (PRF), Apiculture (API), Category C Crops, Perennial Crops, Plan Code MP (16) associated with a YP or RP coverage, Plan Code MP-HPO (17) associated with a YP or RP coverage, Plan Code STAX-RP (35) associated with a YP or RP coverage, Plan Code STAX-RPHPE (36) associated with a YP or RP coverage, Nursery, or WFRP.

Enterprise Units: This ticket updated the Production Reporting Worksheet to provide more information on what was selected for Enterprise Units - Enterprise Unit Separated by Cropping Practice (EC), Enterprise Unit Separated by Irrigation Practice (EI), and Enterprise Unit Separated by Type (ET).

• Enterprise Unit Separated by Type (ET) is available on Wheat, Dry Beans, Dry Peas. When “ET” has been selected for the coverage, then the Type prints in the Crop Summary's Option field behind “ET”.
• Enterprise Unit Separated by Cropping Practice (EC) is available on Soybeans and Grain Sorghum. When “EC” has been selected for the coverage, then the Cropping Practice prints in the Crop Summary's Option field behind “EC”.
• Enterprise Unit Separated by Irrigation Practice (EI) is currently available in 2022 for Barley (0091), Canola (0015), Dry Peas (0067), Grass Seed (0102) and Wheat (0011). For Plans YP (01), RP (02) and RPHPE (03). When “EI” has been selected for the coverage, then the Irrigation Practice prints in the Crop Summary's Option field behind “EI”.

Users requested that if Precision Ag records exist in Mapping, then the System should indicate that on the main Acreage Report (AR) and CLU Acreage Report. This has been done with the following changes:

NOTE: Must have a policy with Precision Ag records imported into mapping and then synced to the AR. If Precision Ag records exist, but it hasn't been synced to AR, then nothing will show on the forms.

• "P = Precision Ag record exist" was added to the legend.
• If a planted CLU exists with a Precision Ag Indicator, a "P" prints behind the applicable field with a space separating the field data and the "P".
• On the AR form, the Sub Field date prints with the Field data; this was printing on the AR CLU form.
• On the AR CLU form, the "Added County? If yes, county(ies) added:" label was missing in the page 1 header; it has been added back.
• A Precision Farming Statement was added to the Statement Page, this will print all of the time. Label for the Statement is "Precision Farming". "I will be using Precision Farming: q Yes q No".

PAW: The Producer's Pre-Acceptance Worksheet (PAW) for Apple Trees has been updated in the following ways for all years:

• The following was added to the end of PAW Question #2: "If, YES, then hard copy records of acreage and production are required."
• The following was added to the end of PAW Question #4: "If, NO, then hard copy records of acreage and production are required."
• PAW Questions will now print when the form is printed with the blank or pre-headed report styles.

A bug was identified on the Schedule of Insurance (SOI) where, when Private Products were printing, the Policy Form for the Private Product was printing over the date below it. For only the All Other MPCI Crops format of the SOI, the Private Product name has been updated to no longer printing on top of the date below it.

It was found that the Northern Potatoes changes implemented in the System with TFS #131677 in the 11.060 release were no longer displaying on the Production Report. TFS #131677 only updated the pre-filled report style with the Northern Potato changes.

NOTE: Northern Potato Endorsements must be elected on or before SCD. Percentage Factors (PFs) are determined by marketing records at the time of harvest prior to potatoes being placed in storage. With this ticket, only the pre-filled report style of the Production Report has been updated in the following ways for all years:

• The Average % of #1's field and label, when the database is for Northern Potatoes, was added back to the Yield section under the database.
• The % of #1's column, when the database is for Northern Potatoes, was added back to the right of the Record Type column.

NOTE: Northern Potatoes format updates were not added to the blank and pre-headed report styles for the Production Report.

Livestock

An enhancement request was received asking to add functionality to the Livestock policy Attachment tab to match what is currently in place for MPCI policies, including the ability to be able to add attachments to additional policies for the Grower from within the Attachment tab on Livestock policies.

The Associate with Additional Policies checkbox has been added to the Attachment tab within Livestock Policies for all three plans (LRP, LGM, and DRP). Users will now be able to add attachments to the existing policy as well as any additional policies they have selected to associate within the Attachment tab.

With this ticket, an "Agent of Record" field has been added to LRP and LGM premium lines for the 2023+ RYs. The agent selected from this field on the LRP and LGM premium line UIs will be stored in the System upon save of the LRP or LGM detail line(s). This field is available near the existing signature date fields for LRP and LGM premium lines, and it will be populated with names of agents associated with the agency, defaulting to the agent assigned to the policy. Only active agents for the current RY and agents associated with the policy's agency will display in this field. Users will be able to change the agent selection, as necessary.

NOTE: TFS #119038 added functionality to allow users the ability to designate an agent of record on DRP policies in the 2021 RY in the 9.055 release.

MPCI

DESCRIPTION ID #

Fast Edit Coverage: The Fast Edit Coverage page was developed with TFS #128101 & TFS #122174 to support MPCI Policy changes for the 2021 RY+. This page allows users to modify all coverage records on a policy in one place. Fast Edit Coverage Phase 1 included Coverage Validations and the ability to apply Application Signature Dates through the Maintain Signatures modal. Phase 2 enhancements will include the ability to Add a New Coverage, to Duplicate Coverages, Add Nursery/WFRP/Pecan Trees to the supported crops, ability to revert changes, related coverage functionality, and revisiting warning/hard-stop validations.

With this ticket, the Duplicate Coverage functionality is being implemented and is a quick-and-easy way for users to add multiple coverages simultaneously which have the same County & Commodity but different Insurance Plan Codes, Type Codes, Practice Codes, Coverage Levels, Crop Options, or Price Election % values. This functionality will serve as a time-saver for commodities such as Annual Forage, PRF, and a number of different Perennials in which different Crop Types, Practices, Coverage Levels, or Price Election %s are allowed. In addition, related Margin Protection and STAX will be able to be keyed from parent coverages.

At this time, these change will only apply to Annual Forage (0332), PRF (0088), Apples (0054), Oranges (0227), Table Grapes (0052), Grapes (0053), Cherries (0057), Mandarins/Tangerines (0309) and Pears (0089). These changes introduced the following changes in the System:

• A Duplicate button (two document icon) now displays on any established coverage within the Fast Edit Coverage grid. Clicking button will create a duplicated coverage record with the same County, Commodity, Coverage Level, and Price Election %.
• All new duplicated Coverage record fields will be editable until the coverage is saved.
• A new "X" button will display on a duplicated button to allow deletion (if keyed by mistake) prior to save.
• Several fields will default to "—Select—" or "—None—" so that users can make selections based on what is different from the Coverage being duplicated.
• Fields that will not "copy down" will be Carryover Flag, Crop Type, Crop Options, Coverage Status, PHTS/New Prod Req, and Late Reason Code.

For the commodities listed above, the following fields for Duplicate Coverage will be accounted for:

• County Name (Code): Will display as read-only for Duplicated Coverages.
• Commodity Name (Code): Will display as read-only for Duplicated Coverages.
• Carryover Flag: Will default to "unchecked" for Duplicated Coverages.
• Crop Plan (Abbreviation Code): Will default to Insurance Plan Code from the Coverage being duplicated for Duplicated Coverages.
• Crop Type: Will default to "—Select—" for Duplicated Coverages.
• Irrigation Practice: Will default to "—Select—" for PRF Coverages. Read-only after Save of FEC grid.
• Organic Practice: Will default to "—Select—" for PRF Coverages. Read-only after Save of FEC grid.
• Coverage Level: Will default to the Coverage Level selected from the Coverage being duplicated for Duplicated Coverages
• Price Election %: Will default to 100% for Duplicated Coverages. For Annual Forage & PRF, this defaults to the value of the Coverage being duplicated.
• Percent of Value Spinner: This is a field for Annual Forage (0332) only. Field will default to 0% as user is responsible for Growing Season percentage.
• Additional checkbox: Will default to checked already for Plan 50/90 commodities.
• Coverage by Practice: Will default to be "unchecked" but available if LP Option is available in the ADMs.
• IRR dropdown: Will only display if Coverage by Practice is elected.
• HIP Coverage Level: Will only display if HIP is elected for the Coverage.
• HIP Coverage %: Will only display if HIP is elected for the Coverage.
• SCO Coverage %: Will only display if SCO is elected for the Coverage.
• Crop Options: Will default to "—Select—" for Duplicated Coverages.
• Coverage Status: Will default to "New" for Duplicated Coverages.
• AIP dropdown: Will display if "Transfer In" or "Cancel-Transfer" Coverage Statuses are elected.
• Previous Policy Number: Will only display if "Transfer In" or "Internal Transfer" Coverage Statuses are elected.
• HIP Coverage Status, HIP Insured Sign Date, and HIP Agent Sign Date: Will only display if HIP is elected for the Coverage.
• PHTS/New Prod Req: This field will default to "—None—" for Duplicated Coverages.
• Late Reason: This field will default to "Timely Processed" for Duplicated Coverages.

Upon Save/Save & Continue, the Fast Edit Coverage page will apply the "Add New Coverage" logic to all of the newly duplicated Coverage records within the Fast Edit Coverage Grid. Since multiple Coverage records can be added at the same time, there will not be as robust of set of Validations and Edit within the Fast Edit Coverage Grid for newly created Coverage Records. All existing Validations and Edits for Fast Edit Coverage will apply.

Perennials: During internal testing, it was noticed that the T-Yield value was not displaying on the APH UI for Plan 47 crops, Oranges and Cherries. With this ticket, System logic has been updated to display the T-Yield value that was not previously displaying.

Perennials: The Springfield RO Underwriting Guidelines has implemented a change for Apples (Varietal Group A (Fresh)(114 Type)) and Grapes in Michigan for the 2023 RY. The 2021 CY yield will be excluded from the High Variability calculations when a database has triggered an adjustment for high variability per the Alternate Bearing and Downward Trending guidelines. With this ticket, a fix has been implemented in the System for the High Variability logic to exclude the 2021 CY from the APH Database for triggered calculations.

During internal testing, an issue was found where, when a user attempted to add an Assignment of Indemnity for Livestock or MPCI policies, a hard stop was triggered for the user to select at least one crop when a crop had already been selected. The issue seemed to be intermittent, as the hard stop did not always seem to trigger in this scenario. The developer found that if a grower had more than one policy and the user attempted to select a crop from another policy, the hard stop triggered. The hard stop edit has been modified to only trigger if no crop has been selected, regardless of if the crop selected is from another policy or not.
