Mapping

DESCRIPTION ID #

A new, updated 2020 HR Map Layer was loaded into the Mapping module.

134281

This ticket upgraded the open layers version.

133995

Users reported that when working with extremely large policies, the System was unable to complete tasks that used JSONs (i.e., sync to/from AR). This ticket increased the JSON limit to be able to handle these extremely large policies.

Layers: A new Background Imagery layer—"Mapbox Roads"—from MapBox has been added to the Mapping module. It displays roadways on the map surface. Only users with the proper permissions will be able to see the "Mapbox Roads" option in the list of available background imagery options.

NOTE: TFS #122511 has been created to implement printing and allow MapBox Roads to be displayed with other imagery layers.

It was found that in certain cases, fields were being skipped in the PRF Extract. This appears to be due to fields not being "linked" to a specific POR since the extract groups fields by POR. Previously, there was logic that skipped placing a POR in a field where the centroid was not actually within field boundaries; this has been updated so fields are not being skipped in the PRF Extract.

MPCI

DESCRIPTION ID #

Detail Lines: Over the past year, stand-alone Detail Line modals have been implemented for most Plan Codes. With this ticket, the Detail Line modal has been implemented in the System for Plans 16 and 17 (MP) as well as 35 and 36 (STAX) for stand-alone coverages and related coverages. The display of the Detail Line modal is consistent with what is present in production environments for Plans 01, 02, 03, 04, 90, etc.

125542

Fast Edit AR: While doing internal regression testing with PASS transmissions, some P11-5328 errors were found for commodities that were non-APH crops. The error read: "AIP Yield Key must be empty when a corresponding P15 record is not allowed for this Insurance Plan and Commodity." There is no way to add these in the UI other than through a bug in the Fast Edit AR where the "Add" link exists for the Approved Yield. With this ticket, the "Add" App'd Yield link on the Fast Edit AR page has been removed for all plans other than Plans 01, 02, 03, and 90.

130105

Northern Potato Endorsements: A couple of issues were discovered internally through QA testing for Northern Potato child lines. The following issues have been resolved with this ticket:

When creating a brand new detail line from the Legacy Add Detail Line popup, selecting CH or CL options was not creating a child line as expected.
When marking an existing CH or CL parent line as PP, the CH or CL child line was not being deleted as it should have been.

127738

PACE: A new field , "PACE Acreage Exclusion", was added to the MPCI Coverage pages that allows a user to indicate whether acres will apply for PACE. The following changes were needed to support this new field:

The System will display this new field if PACE is an elected option in the Crop Options field.
This field will be defaulted to unselected.
If "PACE" is removed from the Coverage Crop Options, the field will no longer display.
These changes will apply within the following Coverage pages:
Add New MPCI Policy
Add MPCI Coverage
Add MPCI Quote
Maintain Coverage
View Coverage (Read Only)

134130

PTY: A bug was reported involving the incorrect calculation of a PTY Summary Unit in ND. The System was incorrectly using a "Yield Used" field in the calculation of the PTY Summary Unit annual yield and subsequent approved yield. This bug has been resolved.

134426

WFRP: With the implementation of Micro Farm (9110) under the WFRP (76) plan umbrella, it was discovered during testing of TFS #133102 that the deletion of commodity lines on brand new Micro Farm policies was triggering an error along with some lagging behavior when deleting revision lines. This appeared to be only an issue on brand new policies without Income or Income/Expense records created. This was happening across plan 76 on both the WFRP and Micro Farm Maintain Commodities pages. A fix has been implemented so that an error is no longer triggered when brand new commodity lines are deleted.

134147

WFRP: Beginning with the 2022 RY, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) introduced a new pilot program—Whole Farm Revenue Protection (WFRP) Micro Farm (9110). Prior to the 2022 RY, WFRP was only an Insurance Plan (76). For the 2022+ RYs, the WFRP Plan (76) will now have two Commodity Codes: WFRP (0076) and Micro Farm (9110).

The AgWorks System currently has a robust WFRP platform that includes all the necessary processing and reporting requirements that the RMA PASS platform demands. This ticket specifically addressed the Suspension logic for WFRP (76) - Micro Farm (9110). For WFRP (0076), there are several suspensions that deal with diversification factor, liability limits, intended expected revenue limits, duplicate coverages, qualifying commodity counts, and MPCI liability. Micro Farm (9110) will need to continue to utilize some of these suspensions, exclude others, and add new suspensions for Approved Revenue limits on the Income page as well as a suspension limiting Micro Farm growers to only the Micro Farm policy.

The existing WFRP (0076) Suspensions for Micro Farm (9110) were updated at Mark Complete.
The "3 or more qualifying commodities are required when a coverage level of 80% or 85% is elected for Whole Farm Revenue Protection." was disabled for Micro Farm but remains active for WFRP.
A "Liability limits allowed under the policy elected have been exceeded. Additional underwriting review is required." was enabled for Micro Farm.
A "WFRP Coverage: UW review and AIP Approval Date is required. Multiple Whole Farm Revenue Protection Policies exist for the Tax ID number." was enabled for Micro Farm.
The "Less than two qualifying commodities exist. Underwriter review required." was disabled for Micro Farm but remains active for WFRP.
A Suspension was implemented for Intended Approved Revenue cap at Mark Complete:
"Approved Revenue limits under the policy elected have been exceeded. Additional underwriting review is required."
For new Micro Farm Insureds, this cap is $100,000.
For carryover Insureds, this cap is $125,000.
A Suspension was implemented for limiting a grower to only the Micro Farm policy at Mark Complete: "An additional insurance policy exists for this Micro Farm grower. Additional underwriting review is required."
This Suspension will trigger if there is any other active policy for the grower within the same RY and for the same TIN.

WFRP: WFRP (76) Micro Farm (9110) is a new pilot program for the 2022+ RYs. Micro Farm is a WFRP (76) plan commodity that provides coverage for small operations with an Approved Revenue < $100,000 for new producers or $125,000 for carryover insureds. This ticket specifically addressed the Plan 76 rating engine that the System utilizes to generate premium on the Income page. For Micro Farm, the Total Commodity Count will always be 3 and the Diversity Factor will always be 0.523.
