Forms & Reports

DESCRIPTION ID #

PAW: A request was received to add PAIR Dates to the Producer's Pre-Acceptance Worksheet (PAW). The following updates have been made to the Pecan Tree format of the PAW for all years:

A "PAIR Date:" label and PAIR Date were added to the left of "Total Acres Measured by AIP". If a PAIR Date has not been entered, only the label will print.
PAW Questions will now print for each County / Unit / Type / Practice group. Additionally, previously, when the PAW Questions had not been answered yet, the "No" checkbox was being marked. An update was made to have no checkboxes marked unless PAW Questions have been entered in the System.

PIVR: A few clean up items were identified during internal testing for the Plant Inventory Value Report (PIVR). With this ticket, VFR was added to legend and prints behind the Grower's name, the new 2+ page headers were applied to the form including the Nursery Location page. These changes are applicable for all Crop Years.

MUVP: RMA requires a Monthly Unit Value Plan (MUVP) for each basic unit and is included with each Nursery Value Report (NVR) the insured submits. Requests were received to enhance the MUVP form. With this ticket, the MUVP has been updated in the following ways:

The following Plant Category names were added in alpha order to the 10 Plant Category fields: Annual / Plants grown for 1 year or less, Broadleaf Evergreen Trees / Shrubs, Coniferous Trees / Shrubs, Cycads, Deciduous Trees / Shrubs, Foliage Plants, Herbaceous Biennial / Perennial, Liners, Palms, and Vines.
SCD print option was added to the MPCI Print menus.
The print option will default to unselected.
The print option will be available for all report styles.
The title of this print option will be "Select the SCD for this form: (selection recommended)".
The print option will have two checkboxes—Spring SCD and Fall SCD—and only one can be selected at a time. If a user selects one then selects the other, the first checkbox will be unselected.
The month labels listed in the Maximum Expected Value table were updated to be based on the selected SCD print option.
If the Fall SCD print option is selected, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September will print with each month in a separate column.
If the Spring SCD print option is selected, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May will print with each month in a separate column.
If the Fall SCD or Spring SCD print options are NOT selected, the month labels will print blank for each column.

DESCRIPTION ID #

A new mapping layer for September 2020 was released by the RMA and has been implemented in the System.

Precision Ag: This ticket added fields to the custom crop listing will allow users to indicate an RMA Commodity to link a custom crop to for purposes of auto-matching Precision Ag records to planting records.

CIMS Sync: TFS #122538 was implemented in 9.095 to add non-cropland flags (if they exist) to the Sync from CIMS function within Mapping. This ticket corrected an issue where the non-cropland flag wasn't getting set correctly when being read from the CIMS Database.

PTY: In TFS #123544, Master Yield functionality was enhanced. If the user had already applied a Summary Unit, then updated and saved a change within the non-Summary Unit, the "MY: Auto" text that displayed below the unit number was updated to read "MY: Auto Needs Recalc". The System doesn't automatically recalc the PTY units upon save and exit from a change keyed within a non-Summary Unit. A user has to invoke the Additional Functions dropdown of "Recalc PTY" functionality in order to get the Summary/non-Summary Units back in sync.

This same logic from TFS #123544 was found to be beneficial for PTY and help keep the consistent logic to the PTY functionality that already exists for Master Yields. PTY functionality has been updated to now display "PTY: Needs Recalc" in red text under the Summary Unit and non-Summary Unit detail line number if changes are made to a non-Summary Unit.

PTY & MY: Master Yields and PTY both leverage the ServiceBus during the recalculation process when there are greater than 30 detail lines/coverage. When a user selects to "Recalculate MY" or "Recalculate PTY" from the Additional Functions menu or selects save from the Fast Edit AR/Fast Edit PR and the Signature Maintenance option to recalculate PTY/MY is selected, the ServiceBus is called to complete the calculation. Reports were received that AIP and agent users were confused when calculations were being performed outside of the System because they never were really sure when the calculation was complete. An automatic refresh of the detail lines was not possible because the ServiceBus job isn't able to trigger that refresh process. Although a manual refresh is possible, users were still unsure when the calculation was complete.

This ticket added a new message and animated icon (refresh swirl) to the user interface when the calculation is being performed on the ServiceBus. The System will attempt a refresh every 10 seconds and once the ServiceBus completes and the page is refreshed, the red "Recalculating" message will no longer display.

Fast Edit Companion: During internal testing, a couple of items were found that were updated with this ticket:

If a user was creating companion links for more than one detail line, in the Fast Edit Companion page's Unit Selection dropdown, once a detail line was selected for a companion link on a previous unit, the System was not giving the user any indication that it has already been selected until the user clicked on save and a validation was thrown telling the user that the unit already had a companion link established.

For the first issue, the System will now refresh any time the user moves out of the Unit Selection dropdown. Any units that have been selected for companion links (prior to save) will now appear in red font in the unit selection dropdown and will not be selectable. The user will first need to remove the companion link for the detail line in red on another unit before they can select it on the other line.

If a user forgot to key a share when establishing companion links for more than one detail line, the System threw the validation error requiring a share but still allowed the save of the companion links. The System should not allow save to complete until all new companion links have a share value entered.

For the second issue, the System has been updated to throw the Share required validation error and not allow save to complete until all Share values as applicable have been entered.

FAST EDIT AR/PR: A paperclip icon displays on the Signature Maintenance page of the Fast Edit PR and Fast Edit AR grids. When users attempted to use the icon to launch the Attachment popup and attach a document, a "Sorry..." error was thrown.

A couple of issues were corrected on the Attachments page with this ticket. First, a parameter was not previously set when the Attachment page was accessed from the Fast Edit Signature Maintenance but that has been corrected with this ticket, so the "Sorry..." error is no longer being triggered. Additionally, Kendo references were updated and an issue with gif loading was also corrected.
