Batch Printing: A bug was identified when creating a print batch using the SCD function where the System was incorrectly including cancelled coverages in the batch. The System looks for policies with active coverages for the SCD selection criteria to pull into the print batch. If a policy is pulled into the batch, then all active coverages in place for that policy will display on the application (unless the user has asked to include cancelled coverages). If all coverages tied to the SCD selection are cancelled, the policy will NOT be pulled into the batch. The bug identified has been resolved.

Fruit & Trees
All other MPCI crops

LGM SOI: RMA has added an Effective Date for Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) for the 2022 RY to help support the change to weekly sales. With this ticket, Effective Date has been added to the LGM Cattle Schedule of Insurance (SOI). Additionally, on the Livestock policy Print tab, functionality has been added that allows users to select which Effective Date / Line # to print on the LGM (SOI). If no Effective Date / Line # is selected for the SOI, a popup message will display to let the user know they must select an Effective Date. Base form standards updates were also made to the LGM SOI.

LGM: An issue was found internally for LGM where, if a grower qualified for BFR/VFR but only one target marketing was keyed, the System was not applying the Base Subsidy but rather was applying the BFR/VFR subsidy. This did not match RMA's Cost Estimator, which was not applying the base subsidy or the BFR/VFR subsidy. Clarification from RMA was received that NO subsidies should be applied if only one target marketing has been entered on an LGM detail line. With this ticket, LGM calculation logic has been updated for all three commodities so that the BFR/VFR subsidy is no longer being applied if only one target marketing has been entered.

DESCRIPTION ID #

Perennials: Internal testing discovered some discrepancies between the Legacy Coverage page and the new Fast Edit Coverage page surrounding the specific validation, "Warning: According to the Crop Provisions, coverage changes are not permitted until the end of the 2 year insurance module." Some fields were triggering this warning validation when they were not supposed to. MCT developers have made both page's criteria for this warning validation uniform. According to the Pistachio, Pecan, and Olives Crop Provisions, the data that must stay static for the entire module are Coverage Level, Price Election %, Unit Structure Code, and Crop Options.

With this ticket, the warning validation, "Warning: According to the Crop Provisions, coverage changes are not permitted until the end of the 2 year insurance module.", now only persists when the following criteria are met on the Legacy Coverage and Fast Edit Coverage pages:

1. The commodity is Pistachios (0470), Pecans (0020), or Olives (0501),
2. The Module Year = 2, and
3. The following fields in the UI for the Legacy Coverage or Fast Edit Coverage pages are changed and saved:
Coverage Level
Price Election %
Unit Structure Code
Crop Options
