Release Notes 8.110.0

The Schedule of Insurance (SOI), SOI / Production Report, and CLU Acreage Report have been updated in the following ways:

NOTE: The SOI also has the ability to Auto Attach; however, Duplex Printing does not work with the Auto Attach feature. If a user wants to print the SOI with Duplex Printing and Auto Attach, they will need to print the SOI with the Auto Attach print option selected and then print the SOI again with the Duplex Print print option selected or vice versa.

NOTE: If the form is printed with the Duplex printing and has an odd number of pages, that form will not be able to go through Batch Scanning since the blank page will not have a bar / QR code; Batch Scanning will believe a page is missing due to this. Once a solution has been determined, a new ticket will be set up to apply it to the SOI and SOI / Production Report and another new ticket will be set up to apply it to the CLU Acreage Report.

DRP: RMA released updated provisions for Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) which are applicable for the 2021+ Crop Years. The 2021 DRP Policy Insurance Provision and DRP Commodity Exchange Endorsement has been implemented in the System. Provisions print with the Livestock Schedule of Insurance (SOI) when the print option to print provisions with the form is selected. The Livestock SOI is available to print from the Livestock policy Print tab.

LRP: For the Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Schedule of Insurance (SOI) and LRP Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) forms, the Coverage Price field for LRP detail lines was updated to display 3 digits after the decimal to be in line with what is stored in the database.

Users requested the ability to auto-map all fields for a given land ID, instead of just planted CLUs. Now, for a policy with at least one premium line and Farm/Tract listed, when you select the Sync button, on the Sync from AR tab, a new Optional Field Scope dropdown is available, which has options for "Include all Fields for Farm/Tract" and "AutoMap all fields for Premium Line". When the user include all fields for farm tract, the System will create fields for all CLUs for the Farm Tract, not just those planted on the premium line.

In testing TFS #105032, it was discovered that if user selects to print for a single crop, and a field does not have a match for that crop, then no AR lines were displaying to fill out manually. This ticket added a line per field where no match is found for the selected crop so only the FSN/Tract/Field and CLU Acres are prefilled, allowing user to manually report the field as needed.

Bing imagery options from the Mapping imagery selection and map printouts from policy and CIMS were updated to use the ESRI imagery instead.

MBAR: Users requested that when printing a MBAR, the list of available units should not list premium lines associated with a cancelled coverages. This has been done.

Map Books: Users reported that when printing a map book with custom labels, the labels were displaying even if the field they were associated with was not included in the current view. This has been corrected.

HIP: In the 8.100.0 Release, functionality was added to support the creation of HIP Coverages in the System. With the 8.105.0 Release, detail line (i.e., child line) support for HIP was implemented. This ticket implemented the last step needed to properly rate HIP premium lines. The changes made with this ticket will only be used to address the rating on HIP premium lines for:

SA T-Yields: In previous releases, with TFS #110889 and #112671, the System was updated per the Spring "Train the Trainer" Slides, RMA updated the SA T-Yield Procedures to allow use of SA T-Yields so long as a Master Yield was not elected and approved. Previously, SA T-Yields were not available for crop/counties where Master Yields were available regardless of whether there was a Master Yield elected/approved. Added P/T/V is based on SA T-Yields, so the System was updated since Simple Avg T-Yields are applicable if guidelines are met for Added P/T/V for the crop/counties.

For the 2020+ RYS, if the crop and state allow Master Yield procedures, the System has been updated to now allow "New Crop P/T - Simple Average" as long as a Master Yield Summary Unit do not exist for the coverage. This logic has been updated on all pages where "New Crop P/T - Simple Average" can be created, which is Legacy APH, Fast Edit PR - APH Drawer, and the Additional Functions dropdown of "Apply Current Year SA T-Yields".
