Disable Your Pop-up Blocker

Pop-up blockers must be disabled to view the Mapping window. Instructions for disabling the built-in pop-up blockers for Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer (IE) are included below. For help beyond these instructions, consult your agency/AIP.

1. When a popup has been blocked, a yellow banner displays to alert you to the blocked popup. In the yellow banner, click Options. A popup displays.

2. In the popup, select “Allow pop-ups for [URL]”. The browser refreshes and the Mapping popup opens in a new window.
1. Click on the Pop-up Blocker icon. A popup displays.

2. In the popup, select “Always allow popups from [URL]”.
3. Navigate away from the Map tab of the policy and then return to the Map tab. The Mapping popup opens in a new window.
1. When a popup has been blocked, a white banner displays at the bottom of the page to alert you to the blocked popup. In the banner, click Options for the website. A dropdown opens.
2. In the dropdown, click “Always allow”.
