Print the Claim History Report for Existing Claims

The Claim History Report lists any items in the Agent Notes and Claim Tracking History grids of the View MPCI Claims page for a claim (grids are viewable on this page for a claim when the claim is expanded in the Claims for Policy grid) and provides summary details about the claim including the Insured's name, crop year, claim number, policy number, and crops.

1. On the View MPCI Claims page, in the Claims for Policy grid, select the checkbox(es) for the claim(s) you want to print the Claim History Report for.

2. In the top-right corner of the grid, from the -- Actions -- dropdown, select "Print Claim History Report".
3. Click Go. The report begins downloading to your browser as a PDF for you to open or save.

NOTE: If you selected more than one claim in step 1, a single PDF containing a separate report for each claim selected downloads to your browser.
