Suggested Workflow: Companion Policy Processing

Since Zero AR processing is not included with this functionality and AR sign dates must still be applied individually to each policy, we recommend the following workflow to ensure smooth processing:

1. Establish the links on the source policy.
2. Fully process the acreage report for the source policy, including the updating of Land ID/CLU information, the processing of Zero AR lines, the application of AR sign dates, and the marking of coverages complete.
3. Load the related Companion Policy into Fast Edit AR and review the updated information from the source unit.
4. Process the acreage report for any non-linked lines.
5. Save and exit to perform validation.
6. Process zero AR, apply AR sign dates, and mark the coverages complete via the Maintain Signatures popup.
