Edit a Detail Line

Unless otherwise modified by Hudson Crop, detail line information can be modified for up to twenty days after the applicable reporting date for the crop. After the 20-day lockout period, all changes must be completed by a CIS.

1. Locate and open the policy that contains the coverage you need to edit a detail line for. The policy opens on the Coverages tab.
2. On the Coverages tab of the policy, in the MPCI Coverage Information section, locate the coverage you need to edit a detail line for. In the Detail Lines column that corresponds with the coverage you need to edit a detail line to, click View (#) hyperlink. The View MPCI Detail Lines page opens.
3. In the Detail Line Information grid, click the Unit Number hyperlink for the detail line you need to edit. The Maintain Detail Line page opens.
4. In each editable field on the Maintain Detail Line page, make changes as necessary. When editing a detail line, these additional fields are available:
Verified Not High Risk: This checkbox is only visible if an attached land ID has an HR Status Code of "P" (partial high risk) or a combination of land IDs with a "C" (completely high risk), "P" (partial high risk), and NULL (high risk is not applicable). This checkbox should be marked to document that the planted fields do not fall in a high risk area. The System will require that a selection exists in the Sub County Code dropdown or that this checkbox is marked.
Revised Insured Date: This is the date the Insured signed the revised application.
Revised Agent Date: This is the date the Insured signed the revised application.
Modified Acreage: If applicable, from the Modified Acreage dropdown, select a reason for the acreage modification.
5. As your next step, click one of the following buttons:
To save the detail line and remain on the page, click Save. This option only displays when changes have been made to the record.
To save the detail line, close the page, and return to the View MPCI Detail Lines page for the coverage, click Save & Exit. This option only displays when changes have been made to the record.
To discard the new detail line, close the page, and return to the View MPCI Detail Lines page for the coverage, click Cancel.
