Edit a Commodity on an Annual Forage Detail Line

You can edit the commodities on a detail line until the lock-out date, but with any changes, you will need to revise the Insurable Acres for the Grid ID or the Insured Acres for the remaining Commodities.

1.

On the View MPCI Detail Lines page, click the hyperlink of a Unit Number. The Maintain Detail Line page opens.

Edit the Acreage Information and/or Acreage Details as desired. If you edit the Insured Acres for a Commodity or add a Commodity to the detail line, update either the remaining Insured Acres for the Commodity or the Insurable Acres value so that the Insurable Acres equals the sum of all Commodities’ Insured Acres.

Click Save & Exit to save the changes and return to the View MPCI Detail Lines page.

You can delete the commodities on a detail line until the lock-out date, but you will need to revise either the Insurable Acres for the Grid ID or the Insured Acres for the remaining Commodities.

On the View MPCI Detail Lines page, click the hyperlink of a Unit Number. The Maintain Detail Line page opens.

2.

Locate the Line # of the Commodity you need to delete and mark the corresponding checkbox.

3.

Click Delete. The System asks you to confirm your deletion. After doing so, you are returned to the View MPCI Detail Lines page.
