Show or Hide a Grower

All Reinsurance Years

Grower records cannot be deleted from the System; however, with the proper permissions, a user can choose to hide a grower (e.g., a duplicate grower) from the View Growers page if the grower doesn't have a policy attached.

1. In the Search bar, from the Year dropdown, select "All" and "Grower Name".
2. In the Search field, type the name or a partial name of the grower you need to hide and click Go. The System displays the results on the View Growers page.
3. In the far left column, checkboxes appear next to search results that do no have policies attached. Mark the checkbox that corresponds with the duplicate grower record you need to hide.

4. From the dropdown, select "Hide Grower". The System prompts you to confirm the hiding of the selected grower. Click OK.
5. The System notifies you that the selected grower was hidden. Click OK. The grid refreshes and the selected name is hidden from the grid.

NOTE: If the grower record is only greyed out and not hidden, click the Hide Growers button.

2. In the Search field, type the name or a partial name of the grower you need to view all grower records for and click Go. The System displays the results on the View Growers page.
3. Click the Show Growers button.

The hidden grower(s) display in the grid as grayed-out lines.

2. In the Search field, type the name or a partial name of the grower you need to un-hide and click Go. The System displays the results on the View Growers page.
3. Click the Show Growers button. The hidden grower(s) display in the grid as grayed-out lines.
4. In the far left column, checkboxes appear next to the hidden growers. Select the checkbox that corresponds with the grower record you need to un-hide.
5. From the dropdown, select "Show Grower". The System prompts you to confirm the un-hiding of the selected grower. Click OK.

6. The System notifies you that the selected growers were updated. Click OK. The grid refreshes and the selected name is unhidden from the grid.
