View the Authorized Representatives on a Policy

Locate and open the policy you need to view the Authorized Representatives for. The policy opens on the Coverages tab.

Select the Grower tab.

On the Grower tab, in the Signature Authorizations section, all entities that have signature authorizations on the policy display in the grid. Authorized Representatives display with "Authorized Rep" in the Authority Type column. To view an individual record, click the hyperlinked name of the Authorized Representative to open the View Authority Record page.
