Edit an Authorized Representative on a Policy

Once an Authorized Representative has been added to a policy, it is visible on the Grower tab of the policy. From the Grower tab, a user can edit the Authorized Representative record.

1. Locate and open the policy you need to edit an Authorized Representative for. The policy opens on the Coverages tab.
2. Select the Grower tab.
3. On the Grower tab, in the Signature Authorizations section, click the hyperlinked name of the Authorized Representative you need to edit. The View Authority Record page opens.
4. Click Edit. The Maintain Authority Record page opens.
5. Change any of the editable fields as necessary.
6. To save or discard your changes, do one or more of the following:
To save changes to the Authorized Representative but stay on the page, click Save.
To save changes to the Authorized Representative but open a new Add Authority Record page, click Save & Add.
To save changes to the Authorized Representative and return to the View Grower for Policy page, click Save & Exit.
To discard your changes to the Authorized Representative and return to the View Grower for Policy page, click Cancel.
