RMA released the 2025 and succeeding years Dry Peas Revenue Endorsement Provisions. Provisions printed with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form was selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page was available to print from the MPCI Print tab in an individual MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

The Dry Peas Revenue Endorsement Provision was implemented that was effective for the 2025 crop year.

2026 RY SPOIs released on Jan. 22, 2026 - 11/30 & 1/31.

Changes that were made:

SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on Jan. 22, 2026. The Special Provisions for 2026 Reinsurance Year were downloaded from 2026_SPOI_1130.zip & 2026_SPOI_0131.zip.

Beginning Farmer/Rancher (BFR) DSSH was updated (2026).

Changes that were made:

This ticket updated the BFR Application with the 2026 DSSH Updates.

1. The qualifications statement was updated -Current Statement: "Eligible Number of Crop Years the BFR applicant qualifies to receive BFR benefits ______,( _____ for WFRP) this number includes the crop year of BFR Application." Updated Statement: "Eligible Number of Crop Years the BFR applicant qualifies to receive BFR benefits ______, this number includes the crop year of BFR Application."

The second paragraph of the Certification Statement at the end of the form was also updated - Current Statement: As provided by me on this form, I certify that I have not had an interest in any crop(s) or livestock for more than 5 crop years (10 years for WFRP), nationwide, excluding time periods that I was under the age of 18, in post-secondary studies or serving in active military service. I understand that an interest in crops or livestock includes an interest: (a) as an individual; (b) as an interest holder of at least 10 percent interest in another person; and / or (c) of any person(s) with an interest of at least 10% in me. I understand that any inaccurate certification will result in recalculation of my yield guarantees, administrative fee, premiums and any applicable loss payments. Updated Statement: As provided by me on this form, I certify that I have not had an interest in any crop(s) or livestock for more than 10 crop years, nationwide, excluding time periods that I was under the age of 18, in post-secondary studies or serving in active military service. Livestock

BFR/VFR Selection was updated on Grower Tab of a Policy to Apply to All Policies (MPCI & Livestock) for the Grower OID & RY. Changes that were made: An enhancement request was received to update the BFR/VFR selection made on the Grower tab for a policy to update the BFR/VFR selection on all policies (MPCI & Livestock) for the same Grower OID and RY. BFR/VFR must have been elected/updated on each policy individually for a single grower for each RY. For 2026+ RYs only, with this ticket, save functionality of the Maintain Grower page (when opened by clicking the Edit button on the View Grower for Policy page/Grower tab of a policy) was updated to apply any changes made to fields (BfrChecked, BfrCertificationDate, BfrYearsofEligibility, BfrAipApprovalDate, ApplicationType; NOTE: For 2026+ RYs, the BfrBenefitsReceivedYearCount field value comes from RMA in an output field from the P14, so this field was still tied to each specific policy) in the Beginning & Veteran Farmer Rancher Information section to all MPCI and Livestock policies for that grower OID for the RY of the policy the page was accessed from. If the BFR/VFR checkbox was previously selected prior to the page being loaded and was deselected at the time of save, any BFR/VFR field values were removed from all MPCI and Livestock policies for the grower OID for that RY. The user was not alerted that this was being saved to all policies. BFR/VFR elections impacted the subsidy calculated for MPCI and Livestock policies when premium was calced. For MPCI policies, when applicable, eligible premium lines and coverages for all affected policies were recalculated on the service bus and a mark completed was performed to have premium recalced upon save of the Maintain Grower page called out above. For Livestock policies, premium lines/coverages were not recalculated or marked complete due to the time-sensitive nature of Livestock; these needed to be manually marked complete as needed. Note that for 2026+ RYs, for BFR only, if a BfrBenefitsReceivedYearCount value was not yet returned on a P14 record for the policy at the time BFR election was made on a policy and a certification date existed, the correct subsidy may not have calculated due to the additional subsidy % amounts now available for the first 4 years of benefits received. All validations currently in place for BFR/VFR, including those pertaining to a detail line's or coverage's eligibility to receive the benefits based on BFR/VFR certification dates, remained in place and did not changed with this ticket.	207450

With the introduction of Canola, a crop available for MyECO and MySCO, the pricing needed to be updated to accommodate for three decimal places. The estimate was updated to allow for Canola to round to three decimals in prior release. Changes that were made: The Estimate Summary displayed to three decimals for MyECO/MySCO. If the crop was canola, the Estimate Summary displayed the three decimal place price from the associated estimate. If the crop was Corn, Soybeans, or Wheat, it displayed a 0 for the their decimal in the Estimate Summary, just as it was rounding to two decimals in the associated Estimate.	232358
