MCT received an enhancement request for the APH Database Form for databases that were excluded. The request was to include "excluded" to the APH database printout when an APH was marked as excluded in the system. For very large policies that use the excluded database marker/checkbox on the APH in the system to track UI or underage databases, it can get very overwhelming and confusing when there is an APH printout with pages and pages and it is not quickly clear which databases are excluded.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years and all print menus.

WHEN a database that was marked as "Exclude Database", THEN for the database print "EXCLUDED" behind the Unit Number on the form, same location and format as "SUMMARY UNIT", "PTY" and "MASTER UNIT" prints.

Fixed the missing colon behind "Underwriter" or "Crop Insurance Specialist" labels, also fixed the big gap after colon and CIS/UW data when the label was "Underwriter". AIPs had the opportunity to use or not use this piece of functionality on forms, there are System Preferences that are tied to this functionality. Check how this functionality was used on the MPCI Application to compare.

Parcel layer enhancement request.

The work done in this ticket allowed multiple parcels at a time to be selected.

It was found that a hard stop was incorrectly triggering when adding a Peak Detail Line for 9/1 SCD. When NVS added Peak, the two SCD options were not accounted for. So with this ticket, the Peak Commencement Date validation was updated to account for both SCD.
