DESCRIPTION ID #

SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on April 16. The Special Provisions for 2026 Reinsurance Year were downloaded from 2026_SPOI_0430.zip.

Changes that were made:

The SPOIs were able to be printed with the Policy Declaration Page by selecting the "All Provisions" option which was printed from:

Tools > Batch Printing

Print tab when in a MPCI policy.

This ticket was to provide more ECO data on the Schedule of Insurance.

There were eight different formats of the SOI, #6 was updated.

1. API / PRF
2. Annual Forage
3. Nursery (FG&C & NVS) - uses main SOI, does use some different labels.
4. Fruit & Trees - uses main SOI, does use some different labels.
5. WFRP
6. all other MPCI crops
7. SOI as an Acreage Report - may not be turned on for all AIPs per their request.
8. SOI / Production Report - may not be turned on for all AIPs per their request.

Changes that were made:

Updated for all years.

On the ECO child line, under the ECO Guar label and data print "ECO Loss Trigger" then a space then the Loss Trigger percentage.

2026 RY SPOIs released on June 5, 9, 17 and 23, 2025 - 6/30 CCD.

Changes that were made:

The Special Provisions for 2026 Reinsurance Year were downloaded from 2026_SPOI_0630.zip.

This ticket was to update the main MPCI Application (main) to print again the page with the Anti-Rebating Statements, New Producer Certification, Grant Authority (if applicable), Dry Beans Revenue Disclaimer (if applicable) and Dry Peas Revenue Disclaimer (if applicable). It appears this stopped working with the 18.005 Release when the MCO Disclaimer was added to the form.

Changes that were made:

The main MPCI Application (main) was updated to print again the page with the Anti-Rebating Statements, New Producer Certification, Grant Authority (if applicable), Dry Beans Revenue Disclaimer (if applicable) and Dry Peas Revenue Disclaimer (if applicable).

NOTE: If this form was a PDF in the Forms Library menu and that PDF was missing this specific page they did not show these changes until an updated PDF was attached into the Forms Library.

Livestock

DESCRIPTION ID #

This ticket was to clean up some of the Transfer of Coverage and Right to an Indemnity (TOR) form for Livestock and converted the form to the new platform.

Changes that were made:

Changes were for all years.

1. Revision date was updated to "08-2025".
2. Page 1 Legend was removed.
3. The following three table labels were updated by removing the caret at the end of "Practice" the label and add "Type and " before "Practice".
• Total Premium on this Practice^
• Premium on Practice^ Transferred
• Premium on Retained Practice^
4. Terms and Conditions item 4, removed this sentence "The premium for the practice (For DRP: type and practice) is listed above."
5. Converted to the new platform.

NOTE: Reminder if this form was a PDF in the Forms Library menu it did not show these changes until an updated PDF was attached into the Forms Library.
