It was discovered that the No Longer Farming (NLF) lines were not printing on the Production Reporting Worksheet when the print option Include No Longer Farming (NLF) Premium Lines was selected.

Changes that were made for all reinsurance years:

Updated the Production Reporting Worksheet to print NLF lines on the form when Include No Longer Farming (NLF) Premium Lines is selected.

LGM Application: Updates were made to the Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Application to support the use of proper signatures and the printing of multiple signatures when required by entity type.

Changes that were made to the form for all Reinsurance Years:

1. Converted to new platform.
2. Updated the title of the form to “Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Application / Policy Change / Transfer / Cancellation Form” and updated the title in the footer to “See Last Page of LGM Application / Policy Change / Transfer / Cancellation Form for Required Statements”.
3. Updated Page 1 Insured Info label to "Applicant / Insured's Name, Street and / or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information". And added more space on page 1 to improve user experience and readability.
4. Updated Page 2+ Applicant label from to "Applicant".
5. Updated and moved the Conditions of Acceptance area to page 2 to add more spacing in the area to improve user experience.
6. Updated the Policy Cancel / Transfer section to under the Conditions of Acceptance section on page 2, used the same format as the main MPCI Application.
7. Updated the Privacy Act label to: "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement - Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders"
8. Updated all statements to start on the line under the statement label and removed the colon after the statement label.
9. Updated revision date to "07-2025".

Changes that were made to support the proper signatures / multiple signatures:

1. Updated title of the form in the print forms list on the Print tab to “Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Application / Policy Change / Transfer / Cancellation Form”.
2. Added a dagger symbol to the end of the title to indicate that the form supports the printing of Signature Formats and multiple signatures.
3. Added a Signature Format field to the Signature Authority Record screen that will display on the Signature Section of the Print Tab.
4. An alphabetical (by last name) list of available signature authorities with their assigned signature format was added to the Print Tab’s Signature section.
5. The number of Authority Records allowed to print on a form is limited to 10.
6. If no signee is selected, the grower’s base default signature section prints on the form.
7. If no signature format was entered for an Authority Record, then the Authority Record’s first and last name will print under the Applicant Signature section.
8. Enabled the multi-signature for the LGM App when using eSign.

MCO: The Margin Coverage Option (MCO) was added to the MPCI Application for the 2026+ CY. Form Name in Print Forms list of an MPCI policy is “Application / Change / Transfer / Cancel Form”.

Changes that were made for all years:

The following updates were made to the MPCI Application:

1. Revision date was updated to “07-2025”.
2. The Margin Coverage Option (MCO) Disclaimer is printed in the following scenarios:
  1. If the form is printed for 2026+ CY AND the Level of Detail selected is Blank Form or Pre-Headed.

  2. If the form Level of Detail selected is Pre-Filled Form AND MCO is available to be selected for any of the coverages on the policy.

3. The MCO Disclaimer that prints on the form:

"By signing below, I certify that I understand and agree to the following:

1. The Margin Coverage Option Endorsement does not cover a loss of actual production on my acres. It is an area plan endorsement that is based upon the yields of a county or grouping of counties to determine the Expected Area Yield and Final Area Yield used to calculate any losses, based on data from the practices and areas designated in the Actuarial Documents for my county for the crop year. It is possible for me to have low crop production on the acreage I insure and still not receive an indemnity.

2. Electing the Margin Coverage Option Endorsement that attaches to the underlying policy restricts some of the choices I may make:

a. I must transfer my underlying policy to the same agent/AIP as my Margin Coverage Option Endorsement by the Margin Coverage Option sales closing date.

b. I may not transfer my underlying policy after the Margin Coverage Option sales closing date.

c. I may not elect any additional coverage or endorsement on my underlying policy that duplicates all or a portion of my coverage range under the Margin Coverage Option Endorsement (e.g., Enhanced Coverage Option, Hurricane Insurance Protection-Wind Index, etc.).

3. By signing this form, I understand any additional coverage or endorsement on my underlying policy that duplicates all or a portion of my coverage range under the Margin Coverage Option Endorsement will be canceled."

AOI – Single Payee Form: This ticket updated the Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) - Single Payee Agreement form with the changes from the 2026 DSSH.

Changes that were made for all years:

1. Updated version date to “(07-2025)”.
2. Removed the form from Batch Printing Menu.
3. Updated the Agreement verbiage to: “I understand that by signing this Assignment of Indemnity - Single Payee Agreement, I am agreeing to allow the Approved Insurance Provider to issue indemnity payments as electronic payments to the single payee shown below.”
4. Updated the Terms and Conditions, above the RMA Privacy Statement:

Terms and Conditions

1. The Insured or any of the Assignees may cancel this Single Payee Agreement. Cancellation of this Single Payee Agreement by the Insured or any of the Assignees during the crop year stated above will be accepted by

the Approved Insurance Provider only upon notification in writing.

2. This Single Payee Agreement is automatically canceled when the Assignment of Indemnity is canceled or terminated.

3. If the number of Assignee(s) changes during the crop year stated above, this Single Payee Agreement is effectively canceled. If the Insured and all Assignee(s) want to have a single payee, a new Single Payee

Agreement must be executed with all parties.

4. If a Transfer of Coverage and Right to an Indemnity occurs after this agreement is executed, this Single Payee Agreement is effectively canceled. If the Insured and all Assignee(s) want to have a single payee, a new

Single Payee Agreement must be executed with all parties.

5. If the Insured or Assignee(s) want to change who the payee is that is stated in this Single Payee Agreement, it must be canceled, and a new Single Payee Agreement must be executed naming the new payee.

6. It is understood that if this Single Payee Agreement is canceled for any reason, any indemnity payment issued after cancellation will be a joint check.”

NUIR: This ticket is to update the Nursery Underwriting Inspection Report (NUIR) with the updates in the 2026 NVS Handbook and standard base form updates.

Changes that were made:

1. Updated the title on the form and the title in "See Last Page..." footer, replace "Nursery" with "NVS". The form title on the print menu was not updated.
2. Updated Page 1 Insured Info label to "Insured's Name, Street and / or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information".
3. Removed Acres label and field.
4. Site Information is not a field to fill out, it is a label.
5. Removed left and right borders in the inspection report question sections.
6. Removed Reason for Report checkbox options.
7. Removed colon in the "FLOOD / EXCESS PRECIPITATION RATING" section label.
8. Removed the "Does the insured's loss history..." question and Yes / No check boxes.
9. Added "Identify any low areas in the nursery and attach a map of areas of standing water." under the "If yes, describe..." sentence which gave room under the sentence for writing.
10. Removed colon in the "IRRIGATION PRACTICE (Describe in detail the irrigation water source.)" section label.
11. Removed "/ Ponds / Canals" from the #5 Irrigation Practice / Surface water section.

CEPP: This ticket updated the 2026 Commodity Exchange Price Provisions (CEPP) Section 1. The Provisions print with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the All Provisions print option is selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page is available to print from the MPCI Print tab of an MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

Implemented the updated 2026 CEPP.

This ticket turned on the “Multi-Signature Printing – Livestock” functionality in production. Users will be able to see the Signatures section on the Livestock Print tab, which displays all signature authorities valid for the selected policy.

If an authority record exists on a grower ID, the authority’s full name and preferred Signature Format (when keyed) are pulled into the Print tab for use when printing a form in the Printed Name field as a guide for those signing the form. If no authority records exist, then the Insured’s Printed Name field will show the Grower Name (FML or Business Name) as was the format before this multi-signature support was added. If an authority record exists but a signature format has not been keyed, then the name on the Authority Record will print.

For multiple signatures to print on a multi-signature enabled form, a user can select one or more checkboxes in the Signatures section. The maximum number of signatures that can be printed on a form at once is 10 signees plus the agent.

NOTE: For AIPs using eSign, if the eSign checkbox is selected, then this Signatures section is hidden and the eSign fields (including the eSign Multiple Signer option) display instead.

Changes that were made:

The printing process was updated to allow for Multiple Signatures and Signature Formats for Livestock policies.
The ‘Signatures’ section displays.
The Authorized Signers names are listed alphabetically by Primary Name.
A red asterisk displays next to the Authorized Signers name when designated as preferred default.
A selection row is added for each available signee. A select checkbox, signee’s full name and their corresponding signature format displays. Names are hyperlinked to the Maintain Authorized Signer screen for ease in editing, if needed.
If the Signature Format is empty in the Authorized Signer record, ‘No signature format on file’ displays with the Authorized Signers name.
‘Add new signature authorization’ link is available for ease in adding additional signers as needed.
Multiple Signatures checkbox was added to the eSign partial and allows the user to use the Multi-Signature features with the eSign process.
