This ticket was to update the main format of the Schedule of Insurance (SOI) to support Shellfish.

There were 8 different formats of the SOI, #6 was updated.

Crop Summary:

Acreage Reporting Date = If the policy had only a Shellfish (0115) coverage on it, then the ARD label will be "Commodity Reporting Date". If the policy had Shellfish and non-Shellfish coverages then the label was "Acreage / Commodity Reporting Date". The Commodity Reporting Date was pulled from the ADM when the coverage was Shellfish to print in the ARD field.

Total # of Seed Placed in Containers = Total Acres Planted = Updated label of the column to “Total # of Seed Placed in Containers” OR if there were other coverages than Shellfish added the Shellfish label after the forward slash. Shellfish Format = 9,999 (no decimals, use a comma).

Detail Lines:

# of Seed Placed in Containers = Updated Acres label of the column to “# of Seed Placed in Containers”. Shellfish Format = 9,999 (no decimals, use a comma)

Growing Location Identification (Lease, parcel, latitude, longitude) = Updated label and data to print where FSA Farm/Tract/Field # were usually located for Shellfish.

Premium Summary:

Total # of Seed Placed in Containers = Total Acres = Update label of the column to “Total # of Seed Placed in Containers” OR if there were other coverages than Shellfish added, the Shellfish label after the forward slash. Printed the total acres OR # of Seed Placed in Containers for the crop. Shellfish Format = 9,999 (no decimals, use a comma)

Premium Summary Total’s Line:

Totals for Total Acres = Updated for Shellfish format of the data, no decimal place. If the policy had other coverages in addition to Shellfish, printed the total acres for the policy then space then forward slash then space the print the total # of seed placed in containers for the policy. Shellfish Format = 9,999 (no decimals, use a comma).

This ticket was to convert the Controlled Environment (CE) Catalog Checklist to the new platform.

Changes that were made:

The CE Catalog Checklist was converted to the new platform.

The title was updated to be 2 lines instead of 1.

Revision date was updated to "03-2025".

Over of the form:

Form was available for all years, the system determined when a Controlled Environment policy could be created.

Form was listed in the Shows All and Nursery Batch Printing Reporting Seasons.

Title of the form on the menu was "Controlled Environment (CE) Catalog Checklist" and was listed in alpha ascending order.

The form had a blank and pre-headed with Insured and Agency info report styles, with the pre-headed report style as the default.

MCT noticed that the BFR Application, VFR Application and the new APH Analysis Worksheet that when these forms were converted to the new platform that the logic that printed the logo was not printing based on the System Preference like the forms were printing prior to the conversion.

This ticket was to update the Perennial Combo Form to have the FIP print option printed in the Option field in the Acreage Reporting Section.

MCT was improving how the Policy Declaration Page displayed Option data, no rules were changed, only behind the "scenes" efficiencies.

Continued work on the new "Exclude Blank PAW(s) for Coverage(s) without Detail Lines" that was added to the WFRP Combo Form in the 17.090.

Changes that were made:

When the Print Option was selected, then not printed the Producer’s Pre-Acceptance Worksheet (PAW) pages for coverages/commodities that did not have detail lines entered in the system.

An issue was reported where a user set the Acreage Type to "Removed" for one or all blocks in a unit in Fast Edit PAW, at Save, the System did not remove the "Removed" block acres from the Acres for the unit (i.e., reported acres for the detail line) only. If all blocks on the unit were "Removed" with Fast Edit PAW and the coverage was marked complete as part of the Fast Edit PAW save, this also caused a suspension ("At least one PAW block is required.") on the unit; this was because an acres value greater than zero existed on the unit, but no insurable blocks were on the unit. When researching this bug, it was found that Fast Edit PAW was only removing the "Removed" acres from the unit on save of Fast Edit PAW when at least one other insurable block for the same unit was marked as modified in the grid before saving Fast Edit PAW; if all blocks were set to "Removed" for the unit in Fast Edit PAW, the user was not able to mark any other blocks as modified for the unit, so they were unable to get Fast Edit PAW to update the acres on the unit at save. Changes that were made: With this ticket, Fast Edit PAW logic was updated so that when a block was marked as "Removed" or was deleted IF the Apply Total Insurable Acres checkbox was also selected for the unit, the System immediately updated the PAW for that unit to remove the acres on the "removed" or deleted block(s) from the insurable acres (i.e., the Acres total for the unit/detail line on the Detail Lines tab). This was done immediately and was not a part of the Save and Save & Continue logic of Fast Edit PAW. If a block was removed or deleted in error, the user needed to update the PAW from the legacy PAW page.	213725
