Copy an Assignment of Indemnity Details Across Policies

References to “Fast Edit AOI” are for “Fast Edit Assignment of Indemnity” and AOI are for “Assignment of Indemnity”.
The ability to Copy and Paste an AOI details across policies is only available for policies assigned to the same grower and are found in the Fast Edit AOI page.
1. | Open the Fast Edit AOI screen from Utilities tab > Fast Edit Assignment of Indemnity link OR from the Coverages tab of a policy, by clicking the hyper linked Creditor's Name or the Fast Edit Assignment Of Indemnity button. The Fast Edit Assignment of Indemnity page opens, displaying the policy from which the screen was opened. |
2. | Click Add under the policy that needs a new AOI in the Fast Edit AOI page. |
3. | Click Edit for the corresponding existing AOI record that needs to be copied. |
4. | Click Copy Creditor on the existing AOI record. The copied creditor record's details are highlighted yellow, and the button label changes from Copy Creditor to Cancel Copy. |
5. | Click Paste Creditor in the Add New AOI panel. |
6. | The creditor details that were highlighted in yellow are pasted into the new AOI record fields. |
7. | Select the applicable Country and Crop check boxes that apply to the AOI. |
8. | Select Save for the new AOI record. |
9. | Repeat steps 2 through 8 as needed to copy and paste AOI details across policies of the same grower. |
10. | When done using the copy and paste AOI details, click Cancel Copy that corresponds to the highlighted fields to turn off the copy and paste functionality. |
